To oven heat (from chilled) – Remove all packaging. To microwave (from chilled) – Pierce film lid in several places and place the tray onto a microwavable plate.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. To oven cook – Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190C / Fan 170C / Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven. To microwave – Heat on full power for 3 mins (800W or 900W). Peel back film lid, turn chicken over. Re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2.5 mins (800W) or 2 mins (900W). Stand for one minute before serving.
