Privacy Information- How we will use your data

• All personal data is collected on behalf of Moy Park Limited who is the data controller and is processed by MXB Agency ( the data processor) on behalf of Moy Park.
• The lawful basis of processing your data is the consent you have provided to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending you the Chicken Chatter newsletter and related news from Moy Park including new products, upcoming events, recipes and news surrounding the company and (where you have provided your consent,) for the purposes of entering you into the monthly prize draws and connected administration and communication.
• Your personal data (Full Name, Email Address and Region) will be obtained from your subscription to the Chicken Chatter Newsletter, only home addresses of winners will be obtained once notified of win.
• Your data will not be shared to any further third party, will be stored securely with limited access and only while the Newsletter remains in circulation after which time your information will be deleted.
• You have the right to opt out of receiving any further communication at any time by clicking Unsubscribe.
• Your data will be stored for Newsletter subscription purposes and only while the Newsletter is in publication.

Chicken Chatter Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• This prize draw will begin on the 2nd of each month and will end on the 28th of each month – no exceptions.
• The prize draw is open to residents of Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales only and who are over the age of 18 only.
• The promoter is: MX Brandcom Ltd, trading as MXB whose registered office is at 16 Mount Charles, Belfast, BT7 1NZ, N. Ireland, acting on behalf of our client Moy Park Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland with Company Number NI004842 with registered office at The Food Park, 39 Seagoe Industrial Estate, Craigavon, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT63 5QE.
• Moy Park Ltd are the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
• Employees of MXB Brandcom Ltd and Moy Park Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion and not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
• Purchase is not necessary. Participants will be subscribers to the Moy Park newsletter – Chicken Chatter who have also agreed to be entered into the prize draw.
• All participants will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win the following prizes:
  • Sept Newsletter – Morphy Richards model 200 Air Fryer
  • October Newsletter – Ninja 3in1 Food Processer
  • November Newsletter – Russell Hobbs Honeycomb Kettle and 4 Slice Toaster Set
  • December Newsletter – Nepresso Coffee Machine Bundle
• Each competition will run in line with the publication of each new monthly newsletter, e.g. from 2nd – 28th Sept and the draw will take place on the 29th day of the month or the next working day if the 29th falls on a weekend or public/ bank holiday and winners will be notified by mail within 10 working days of the draw.   • September Issue – 12th September
  • October Issue – 10th October
  • November Issue – 14th November
  • December Issue – 12th December
• The competition will run until 28th December 2023
• Monthly Winner’s surname and County are available for 28 working days after the prize draw by writing to digital@mxb.agency
• Winners will be selected at random from participants entered into the prize draw.
• MXB Agency acting on behalf of Moy Park will contact the winners email address and the winners will be informed in advance of the prize being delivered to their home address or via email address.
• In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 working days to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected.
• Persons entering the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• Participants who no longer want to be entered into the monthly prize draws can opt out of any further entry in the prize draws by writing to digital@mxb.agency
• The promoter and Moy Park reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be chosen at random by an automated decision maker application, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
• The promoter of this competition ensures that prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.
• The winner will be asked to provide proof of age and location, and an address to receive prize.
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Northern Ireland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, Town or City and if applicable an image in any publicity material, as well as their entry; with the understanding that the promoter must publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party, other than for the purposes of prize delivery, without the entrant’s prior consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to MX Brandcom Ltd and Moy Park Ltd and not to any other party.
• MX Brandcom Ltd and Moy Park Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control and no correspondence will be entered into.
