Christmas Competition

1- The promoter is: MX Brandcom Ltd, trading as MXB whose registered office is at 16 Mount Charles, Belfast, BT7 1NZ, N. Ireland, acting on behalf of our client Moy Park Limited.

2- The Competition is running in participating Supervalu, Costcutter and Nisa stores across Northern Ireland: This competition pertains to Antrim – Supervalu Ballymoney, 2 Ballymena Rd, Ballymoney BT53 7AB.

3- This competition is running on from 25th November 2023 until 22nd December 2023 inclusive.

4- This competition will close at 12midnight on Friday 22nd December 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5- The winner will be drawn on the 6th January 2024, the winners will be notified on the same day via email or telephone.

6- The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of Moy Park and MX Brandcom Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

7- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

8- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accepting of these terms and conditions.

10- Only one entry will be accepted per Household. Multiple entries from the same person at the same store will be disqualified.

11- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

12- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: There are three routes to entry:

• Participants must call into participating stores between the dates of 25th November 2023 until 22nd December 2023 inclusive and scan the QR code found on promotional point of sale to submit an online entry.
• Or by visiting https://moyparkchicken.com/competitions/christmas-competition.
• Alternatively participants can complete an entry form and submit in store (in Costcutter and Nisa stores NI only).

Participants will be required to provide their name, email address and phone number.

13- The promoter and Moy Park reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

14- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

15- The prize is as follows: £150 Galgorm Gift e-voucher. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

16- Winners will be chosen: at random by third party software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The promoter of this competition ensures that prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

17- The winner will only ever be contacted by MXB (MX Brandcom Ltd) using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

18- The winner will be asked to provide proof of age and location.

19- The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be sent via email.

20- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Northern Ireland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

22- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, Town or City and if applicable an image in any publicity material, as well as their entry; with the understanding that the promoter must publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party, other than for the purposes of prize delivery, without the entrant’s prior consent.

You are providing your information to MX Brandcom Ltd and Moy Park and not to any other party. 25- MX Brandcom Ltd and Moy Park also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control and no correspondence will be entered into.
