2 slices of thick cut bread
2 eggs beaten
2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp salted caramel
1/2 pack of Moy Park Crispy Battered Chicken Chunks
pinch of sea salt
Method
Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 20 – 22 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven. Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken chunks in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer.
Dip sliced bread into beaten egg covering and submerging
Melt butter in low-moderate pan and add eggy bread
Fry for 3 minutes on one side, flipping and frying for further 3 minutes
Add salted caramel and then the tempura chicken to one slice and then top with the other slice
