Moy Park Tomato & Basil Steaks

Coated in a mascarpone sauce and served with roasted vine tomatoes and fresh basil, our Tomato & Basil Steaks are the best weekend treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Moy Park Tomato and Basil Steaks
  • 16 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 small cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 200ml Chicken Stock
  • 125g Mascarpone cheese
  • 4/6 large Basil Leaves
  • 20g Grated parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Place pan onto a medium heat and add steaks and cook for 2 minutes each side.
  2. Add the tomatoes and garlic and cook for a further 3 minutes stirring regularly.
  3. Add the stock and mascarpone and stir to combine stock and cheese. Cook for 6 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve on toasted sourdough garnished with the grated parmesan cheese and torn basil leaves.
