1 Tortilla
1/2pack of microwavable peri peri rice
1/2pack of Moy Park Peri Peri Chicken Strips
1 tblsp peri peri hot sauce
2 tblsp sweetcorn
1handful of chopped haloumi
1handful of grated mozzarella
Method
Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 20 – 22 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven. Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken strips in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer
Place Tortilla in airfryer basket or baking try in oven
In order layer rice, strips, hot sauce, sweetcorn, haloumi, mozzarella
Bake in air fryer at 180C for 3-4 minutes
Garnish with hotsauce, sliced scallions and chives
