2 tblsp oil
1 sliced brown onion
1/2 sliced red pepper
1/2 sliced red chilli
1/2 tsp 5 spice
2handfuls of cooked chips
1pack of Moy Park Salt & Chilli Chicken Chunks
1 tblsp of honey
pinch of chopped coriander
Method
Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 17 –19 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven. Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken chunks in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer.
Fry peppers, onions and chilli's in oil on high for 3/4 minutes
Add 5 spice, cooked fries and salt & chilli chunks and cook for 1 minute
