2 tblsp oil
1pack stirfry veg
1pack of Moy Park Tempura Chicken Chunks
1cup of sweet n sour sauce
Method
Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 20 – 22 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven. Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken chunks in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer.
Heat oil in a pan on high.
Add the stir fry veg and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add the cooked tempura chunks and the sweet n sour sauce.
